What to Expect During Your Video Consultation

Have a plan for which windows you definitely want to cover and which ones you don't. It is worthwhile to think about which windows you're unsure about. It won't hurt to discuss options for these windows even if it's something down the road.

We will need to see all of the windows you plan to cover. So please ensure you have a strong internet connection so that we can view the windows and see where we will mount the treatments. Before the call, please ensure your camera and audio are working.

Roman shades, roller shades, honeycomb shades, faux wood blinds, exterior shades, drapes, etc. 

There are a lot of treatment options out there. You don't need to know them all, that's our job. But if you have one in mind take a moment to gather any inspirational pictures or get the links to the pictures so you can share them with us. We want to be on the same page as you!

Whether it's your spouse, designer, brother, sister, neighbor, or Great Aunt Edna, we want everyone to be there so we can make all the important decisions together. We want everyone to be able to ask any questions they need to ask and all voices be heard. Whether it's just you or a group, bring them along. We wouldn't want Great Aunt Edna to feel left out!

We are glad to walk you through every step of the process. This includes how to measure for your treatments and how to install them. PLEASE NOTE, however, we cannot return window treatments for mismeasurements or accidents during installation. You will get the max discount for measuring and installing the treatments yourself, and we will help you through the process. But understand that if there is a mismeasurement or damage to the treatment during installation, it will require you to purchase a new treatment.
